Generally, good health comes with good healthy food habits, chapatti prepared with whole wheat or multi-grains is a complex carbohydrate, which is digested slowly and provides you a constant energy supply. If you consume carbohydrates like white rice, you would be storing fat, the reason behind is you don’t consume all the energy at a time which is produced instantly so body stores it as fat. Try to avoid foods like oily, junk foods, sweets, chocolates, non-vegetarian foods, ice creams etc. at night.
Another thing that is taken into account is curd should be replaced with buttermilk and the quantity of food should be very limited. During nights you don’t require more energy so having the large quantity of food in the night is preferably not good it causes fat deposition and fat gain.
