PM Narendra Modi asked the people to take a pledge to free the country
On the occasion of 75th anniversary of the Quit India Movement, PM Modi asked the people to take a pledge to free the country from the problems like casteism, corruption, and communalism and create a NEW INDIA by 2022.
He tweeted that “During 1942, the need of the hour was to free the country from the colonialism, but today the issues are different. So let us take a pledge to free the country from the problems like Poverty, Corruption, dirt, Casteism, Communalism and create a ‘New India’ of our dreams by 2022”, he gave the slogan of ‘Sankalp Se Siddhi’ (pledge to achieve) and aided or encouraged the people to work shoulder to shoulder in order to create the New India.
CM Chandrababu Naidu asked the department of Energy not to increase the power tariff
CM Chandrababu Naidu asked the department of energy to decrease the power tariff. He along with Governor Narasimhan inaugurated the office spaces of Vidyut Soudha and state load dispatch center at Gunadala near Ramavarappadu ring in Vijayawada. CM said that “we will soon launch another power sector reforms aimed at increasing the storage of energy and the use of disruptive technologies. The smart new power grid will bring down the distribution losses and also solar power revolution in order to decrease the power cost. Introductior of smart meters in the state will help to monitor the power supply in the household levels and reduce overall power loss.”
Governor Narasimhan said that” power bank creation should be our new target so that we can transfer it others also. By using the electric vehicles we can control the pollution in future”
Ramoji Rao launched a book published by Amesco Books on Venkaiah Naidu
Amesco books published a book on Venkaiah Naidu who was elected as an India’s next Vice President. Press club members and journo congratulated Venkaiah for vindicating the pride of Telugu speaking people for being elected as Vice President of India. Ramoji Rao launched the book. He also conveyed his wishes to Venkaiah. On this occasion, Venkaiah said that Ramoji Rao is the man which he admires the most in his life.

Amaravati: Minister Adinarayana Reddy stated that YCP Chief Jagan Mohan Reddy’s main aim is to have 100 cement factories. He made contemptuous fun of Jagan that he lost mental balance and talking like ”Aparichitudu”. He also stated that in spite of doing so much Jagan will lose badly in the Nandyal election. He banged to Roja and asked her to recollect all her mistakes before her sleep and said that if she did so that she can’t sleep.
Pavan kalyan spoke about raising casteism in politics
Amaravati: Hero and also chief of Jana Sena party Pavan Kalyan was on active mode from the last week onwards. He spoke about the raising casteism in politics and the politicians are mainly responsible for this condition. Pavan also said that he is hurt when he listens that people were talking about the Mahatma’s caste or Alluri Seetarama Raju’ s community and political benefits from Dr.B R Ambedkar’s social status. He told that people should change the way of thinking and not get polluted by cunning, selfish politician’s speeches. He referred to the incident happened in Bhimavaram where some people tore off his posters if he went there at that time means it would surely lead to the caste based problem and since he ceased from it.
Election commission issued a notice to the ABN in Kurnool district edition
Amaravati: Election commission issued a notice to the ABN Andhra Jyothy on 7th of August in the Kurnool district edition for publishing a story titled “prathi Nayakudu” which means Villain. YCP staff complained about the same to the Election Commissioner Officer and also to the district collector Satyanarayana. Media certification and monitoring committee also said that the story which is published has violated the guidelines of EC. The notice says that story violated people’s representation act under section 127 and also considered as paid news and wanted the reason from the media.
